REWARD - for information and/or evidence leading to the arrest and conviction of the treasonous criminal Sheriff of Yavapai County, Arizona, STEVE WAUGH, also known as 'Sheriff Kadiddlehopper,' also known as 'uh, Clem.'

WAUGH is known to conspire - and to follow through by acting upon his conspiracies - with his own Deputies as well as with the Yavapai County Attorney SHEILA POLK to deprive citizens of Rights secured by the Constitution.

Having sworn an oath of office in which he pledged to defend and uphold the Constitution, his actions against the individual Rights it guarantees constitute ACTS of TREASON against the United States of America; Yavapai County Sheriff STEVE WAUGH is a TRAITOR against the United States of America.

Although many of Sheriff Kadiddlehopper's deputies are guilty of the same crimes as Kadiddlehopper himself, three stinking little piggies in particular (portrayed by 3 famous actors at right) are particularly guilty of TREASON against the United States of America; they are Deputy Oscar Alvarez, Deputy Mark Boan and the promiscuous Sergeant Candace Acton.

In addition to Satan worship and TREASON, Yavapai County Sheriff STEVE WAUGH is further known to have been personally involved in jury tampering, witness intimidation, withholding of evidence, destruction of evidence, tampering with evidence, fabricating evidence, falsifying public records, violations of the Arizona Open Records Act, taking of property without compensation (thievery) and instances of public drunkenness too numerous to list! [everyone who has seen him passed out on the men's room floor at the Dry Gulch Saloon could not fit into his office at the same time!] He remains a primary suspect in the murder by poison of a female Yavapai County Sheriff's Office Internal Affairs Investigator in November of 2005 and openly admits to having consorted with demons. Yavapai County Sheriff STEVE "uh, Clem" Kadiddlehopper-nee-WAUGH should be considered armed and disconnected from reality at all times.

YCSO Deputy Wayne Loughridge (portrayed at left by a famous actor) is also known to have made a habit of knowingly and wantonly making false arrests and has a longstanding history of perjury before Grand Juries. Says Loughridge, "I know that what I charged you with isn't what you did, but what you did isn't against the law, and [what I charged you with] is the closest thing I could find to hold you on..."

Overall, the Deputies of the YCSO enjoy a near-legendary reputation within Yavapai County for excessive violence, fabricating, tampering with or destroying evidence and perjuury under oath. Allegations of deputies operating methamphetamine labs and dealing drugs abound within the county; it has even been suggested that there exists a marijuana-growing operation on properties owned by Kadiddlehopper himself (north of Yuma Drive in Chino Valley).

Professional analysis of writing samples from a random half dozen or so YCSO deputies places their average writing skills between fifth and seventh grade levels. While being poorly educated may explain the bad attitude prevalent among YCSO deputies, it cannot be accepted as an excuse for their unacceptable behavior(s).

While the entire Yavapai County Sheriff's Office is being run under the very principles that the RICO Act [Title 18 USC, Part I, Chapter 96, Section 1961] uses to define a criminal enterprize, such activities could not take place without the knowledge and co-operation of the Yavapai County Attorney SHEILA POLK.

As County Attorney, SHEILA POLK (portrayed at right by an amateur actress wearing the popular Sheila Polk Plastik Party Masque &beer bong at Spring Break) took an oath of office to faithfully and impartially support and uphold the Constitution and the laws of the State of Arizona and the Constitution of the United States. In aiding and assisting Kadiddlehopper and his gang of thugs with their criminal activities, SHEILA POLK routinely violates the first, second, fourth, fifth, sixth, ninth, tenth, twelfth and fourteenth Amendments to the Constiution, thereby violating her oath - and committing ACTS of TREASON against the United States of America!
