is the single worst internet service that I&I have ever had the misfortune of having tried to deal with.

Apparently, I&I am not alone.

The company seems to be incorporated in Europe, owned by e-Bay, and wholly bereft of any type of customer service.

I&I have been trying in vain to contact Skype customer service since December of last year, but not any more. Screw'em!

Here are only a few of the many complaints from their own customers:

There is no telephone number, the only method is to file a support request here:

First off I think it is telling that the display name "disgruntled skyper" was already taken.

I would just like to say that I have found Skype services to be mediocre at best and the lack of ANY decent form of customer support is just the icing on the cake. The worst problems I have are that I am unable to connect for days at a time for no apparent reason and that the sound quality is often poor.

I have mobile Skype and cannot afford an internet connection in my flat, it is just lucky that I am spending a weekend at my folks so I can use their connection to write this, so it is incredibly inconvenient for me that the ONLY point of contact is an email which I have found, from reading various forums, is no guarentee of geting help anyway!

As much as I know this rant isn't going to solve any problems it has made me feel better to know that I have made people aware of my problems publicly.

Please Help, since yesterday 3rd Setp 2008 around 9:00PM PST my Skype Pro and Skype in number dosen't work.

All I was trying to do last nught was put some skype credit to my account to avoid the nagging message "you have 0.2cent left". I did purchase 10 dollar of credit but some how I was charged for 20$ and so since the payment method was Paypal I filed a complaint with Paypal to cancel the duplicate order...That is it.

Please help me , as this is my only Phone and I am stuck without it...it seems like I cannot even call a support number, I am a student and for me opening another account and putting funds to it is almost impossible.

Hope you understand.

I am extremely frustrated: i ordered and received a dualphone 3088, that has never worked (Charging cradle not working).

I want my money back and I want to return this item.

Please contact me customer service asap, I have sent you at least 10 emails that you have ignored. this is unacceptable

i had done a mensual subcription for around 10 Normally it allows me to call my friends in china until 10 000 mns ,right ?

I only called 3.58 minutes and unfortunately no any credit, disappear ....

I re bought credits since 5 days and my account is already empty without any call

What happens ?

i send emails , try to find some help, nobody replies

Do you think it's normal for a famous comp as Skype ?

For me , the only stuff i will do , it will be to cancel my subcription and not try again .

ONE MINUTE BY SKYPE PHONE IS VERY EXPENSIVE
I prefer to use my mobile , it's cheaper...

I have been trying to contact skype customer service. They are awful and the whole experience is frustrating. I have auto recharge and I received a message that I need to use Paypal I will not do that. My credit card company said that they have approved all charges. I am unable to contact my children and recharge my minutes Not to mention that they are charging me more for each minute that they advertise,

Customer support does not seem to respond within the "48hours or sooner" claimed.

Skype is owned by e-bay Tel: (408) 376 7400

and Skype is registered as a corporation in Luxembourg Tel: +352 26 19 09 20 (352 being the country code)
